What To Bring:

• Equipment/utensils to make 3 gallons of chili (enough for approximately 75 guests to have a 4 ounce sampling)

• Ingredients to garnish 3 gallons of chili

i.e. rice, cheese, hot sauce, etc.

Decoration for your table and signage to display your name

 

Public tasting and voting is from 2 to 4PM

Winner(s) to be announced at 4PM
